Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Castivo Kitchen. We are committed to delivering your culinary essentials safely and efficiently. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during holiday sales), shipments may be delayed by a few days.

  • If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping methods:

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or inclement weather.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. International Shipping

Currently, Castivo Kitchen ships to addresses within the United States 

  • Optional: We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • Optional: For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages and Issues

Castivo Kitchen is liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

To report a damaged item:

  1. Take a photo of the damaged product and the packaging.

  2. Email our support team at support@castivokitchen.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  3. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. Castivo Kitchen is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the item.
